A few weeks ago I stopped in at this shop before a ride because I had a technical problem plugging into the seatpost battery for my Di2 shifters on my road racing bike and needed some help - fast - because my friends were waiting for me. Franck the mechanic immediately took a look, figured out a solution, and spent about 20 minutes fixing the problem. I didn't have any money in my pocket, but Franck told me to just go riding and not worry about it. But during my ride, I crashed coming down a pass going about 60km/hour and though I didn't really damage my bike, it needed a little care to get it back in shape. Franck again took my bike and made a few adjustments overnight and had it ready for me in the morning. When it came time to pay my bill, it was a lot less than I expected and I told him I thought I should pay him more, but he declined. I was very impressed with the shop's professionalism, and with Franck's generosity, and I would recommend this shop without hesitation. As a side note, Franck also had some good advice for me about treatment for my extensive road rash caused by my slide down the pavement. (Thank you, Franck - the Cicatryl was good stuff and I'm glad you recommended it to me.)
